The Praetorian Network was started out of fear of things like SOPA, CISPA, NSA surveillance and any type of internet regulatory system. They believed in a world with freedom in cyberspace. They created a way to trade information online without being detected. To this day it is unknown how they achieved this or how they been able to stay from getting caught.

The group has grown into what the media calls "Anonymous meets Napster, with a hint of Al Qaeda." The Network is a dark web based network that allows it's users access to all digital content. CIA Files, NSA reports, account numbers, credit card numbers, media, medical records, logins, etc. anything and everything digital can be stolen with just a click of a button.
