Macclin & Costigan
All of the worlds major decisions are done behind closed doors and usually end with two parties making a hand shake over something so sinister, its necessity for the greater good overshadows its reverance.
Costigan runs his position like a king of old. He believes that humans have lost there way and cannott even decipher what is real or what isn't.
Macclin is an ambitious agent. He knows how to work the system and use it for his own advancements. His favorite motto is "every diseases needs a cure, every threat needs a solution.
